Free Trial

All subscription plans include a 3-day free trial. During the trial, you have full access to all premium features. Cancel anytime during the trial and you won't be charged. The trial starts when you subscribe.

How to Subscribe

  1. Open Universal Remote
  2. Tap any premium feature or go to Settings → Upgrade
  3. Choose your preferred plan
  4. Confirm with Face ID/Touch ID
  5. Your 3-day free trial begins immediately

Restore Purchases

If you've reinstalled the app or switched to a new iPhone:

  1. Open Universal Remote
  2. Go to Settings → Restore Purchases
  3. Your subscription will be restored automatically

Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.

Cancel Subscription

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Open iPhone Settings
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Find Universal Remote and tap it
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription

You'll continue to have premium access until the end of your current billing period. Apple manages all subscriptions — we cannot cancel on your behalf.

Refund Policy

Refunds are handled by Apple. To request a refund:

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID
  3. Find the Universal Remote charge
  4. Request a refund

Family Sharing

Universal Remote subscriptions are tied to your Apple ID and do not support Family Sharing at this time. Each family member needs their own subscription.
